For those of you who are less impressed by Fashion Week and don't quite understand the big deal, let's just say: Superbowl, Eagles are playing, and you have sideline tickets compliments of Jeffrey Laurie. It's invigorating!

The shoes were the softest leather I have EVER felt, trimmed with suede and facet with covered button. Ahh, the details!
Champagne toast to follow the private presentation with Givenchy head designer, Ricardo Tisci, and Givenchy Team. Uh-mazing! A little insider scoop: Anna Wintour had come just before to see presentation. She had touched one of the gold-dusted, beautiful gowns which left her finger tips marked..."Oh, Gold-finger," she said with a smurk/ little laugh (in her own way.)
We're off to hotel to relax, stretch and get ready for third dress up of the day, THE LOVE BALL!

ReplyDeleteSA, ABSOLUTEMENT! I took a week away from internet and phone, as service was spotty anyhow. It was just what I needed to be in the moment- taking it all in- to simply experience and enjoy.
